Economic data next to the chart, real R in the journal

168 economic series, stock insider activity, alerts and image export in Atlas. Journal analysis and Interactive Brokers import.

We have added economic data and more information about individual stocks to Atlas. The journal also gives you more ways to review your trades. Here is what has changed.

Economic data beside your chart

Atlas includes 168 economic series covering interest rates, inflation, economic activity, liquidity, credit markets, energy, currencies, public finances and positioning. For example, you can view the ten year US Treasury yield beside a stock and compare their development over time.

Search finds series by name or code. You can change the period, compare several series and save the chart as an image. “Max” shows the entire loaded history. For the ten year US Treasury yield, that history starts in 1962. Comparisons include yields for maturities of 2, 5, 10 and 30 years.

You can also set alerts at a chosen value for economic series. They respond to newly available releases and revisions. These series follow their source's publication schedule, rather than updating like a live market quote.

Insider information for the stock you are viewing

Atlas shows reported insider purchases and sales from the past 90 days for the selected stock. Dates, names, roles and transaction values help you assess each filing. Where available, a link opens the original report.

Transactions also appear as small chart markers so you can place them alongside price movements. Additional data includes reported short volume and attention measured through article views. Short volume is not the same as outstanding short interest.

A more detailed trade journal

A planned stop and target make your trade risk explicit. Realized R shows how much you gained or lost relative to the risk you originally took. The reports compare the planned outcome with the result.

MFE and MAE add context: how far did price move in your favor during the trade, and how far against you? This helps you review whether the entry, stop and exit matched your plan.

The calendar now includes weekly totals and statistics for your trading days. Seasonality confidence intervals indicate how uncertain a win rate can be when it is based on few observations.

Ask questions about your trades

The daily recap summarizes your recorded trades and notes. Trade analysis lets you examine a single position in more detail. You can also ask questions about your journal and check the answers against your trades and statistics.

Imports from Interactive Brokers and other formats

Interactive Brokers is supported: import trades through a Flex Query or a suitable Activity or Flex export. Other supported formats include TradingView, MetaTrader, ThinkorSwim, Tradovate, NinjaTrader, Webull, DAS Trader, TradeZella and Tradervue. The file importer recognizes 14 formats in total.

Executions are grouped into related trades. Previously imported entries are detected to prevent duplicates in your journal.

Alerts at the selected price

In Atlas, you can set an alert at the crosshair price. Existing alerts can appear as a small marker or with a label. Price alert checks use incoming market data. Push notifications require a configured delivery channel and permission on your device.
